Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or changed within this window will be subject to a fee. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 10 minutes or later may be asked to reschedule or may need to forgo a portion of their service to respect the remainder of the day’s schedule. To ensure a calm and prepared space, we ask that guests do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, unless previously discussed with your stylist. This allows us to finish with the prior guest and intentionally prepare for your session. Service Changes If you need to modify or refine your scheduled service (for example, changing from a color + haircut to a haircut only), please notify your stylist at least 72 hours in advance. Changes made within this timeframe or on the day of your appointment will be charged at the full service originally booked. Retainers & New Guests All new guests, as well as large or transformational color and extension services, require a 50% retainer at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. A card must be kept securely on file. Our Intention These policies are thoughtfully put in place to support mutual respect, energetic care, and a regulated, intentional experience for both our guests and our stylists.
